Alexander graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in Central London and moved directly to practice in Cambridge. With an additional degree in Pharmacology, he brings an in-depth medical training to his work as an Osteopath.

He has also undertaken a number of post-graduate courses in Cranial Osteopathy, Visceral Osteopathy, Obstetrics and Gyneacology which enable him to deploy additional techniques that are suitable for all age ranges- from babies to adults and for both men and women where there may be pelvic dysfunction, or gastro-intestinal related disorders.

Alexander complememts the most modern form of Orthodontics, Functional Jaw Orthopeadics, which understands more about the reasons for dental presentaions and the interaction with the rest of the musculoskeletal system. The symbiosis is known as Osteodontics. He also has a special interest in the problems relating to headaches; facial pain; arthritic conditions; IBS and repetitive strain injuries.

Alexander adopts an adaptive approach to Osteopathy based on individual patient needs. He also focuses on patient awareness and self-help to assist in the prevention of future injuries. Alexander also works closely with the Cambridge Rheumatology department for more effective cross referral with general medicine.

Alexander is pleased to be able to contribute to the well being of local sportsmen and sportswomen and provides maintenance to most of the first team members at Histon Football Club. He also is the proprietor of Haverhill Osteopathic Centre and splits his time between both clinics.
